Tolerance Award 2009

Ramallah Center for Human Rights Studies and the Arab Network for Tolerance announce their Tolerance Award. This is an annual award that will be granted to individuals and organizations that have significantly influenced and contributed to promoting and disseminating the culture of tolerance in the Arab World.

The award intends to encourage commitment and efforts in the field of tolerance and human rights and reward those who have been active in disseminating and promoting the culture and values of tolerance and diversity. The award is also meant to challenge fanaticism and division and enhance unity and dialogue in the Arab world.

The deadline for the 2009 award nominations is 15 March 2009 and should be sent to Ramallah Center for Human Rights Studies.
